Bobby Lee

Bobby Lee is the co-founder and CEO of BTCC, one of the world's leading Bitcoin and cryptocurrency exchanges. Bobby is also a founding member of the Bitcoin Foundation, and has served on its board of directors for over five years.

Lee was born in China and educated at Stanford University, where they received their bachelor's degree in computer science. After graduation, they worked as a software engineer for a number of Silicon Valley startups before moving into the financial sector.

In 2010, Lee founded Bitcoin China, one of the first Bitcoin exchanges, and played an instrumental role in promoting the adoption of Bitcoin in China. Bobby continued to lead the company until 2016, when they stepped down to focus on BTCC.

Under Lee's leadership, BTCC has become one of the leading players in the global cryptocurrency space, with a mission to provide a safe and easy way for people to buy, sell, and use Bitcoin and other digital currencies.

Bobby Lee attended the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) from 2012 to 2013, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Bobby then attended Stanford University from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a B.S. in Computer Science. Bobby also attended The Lawrenceville School from 1989 to 1993.
