Richard Stinnett has a diverse work experience spanning over several positions and companies. Richard started their career in the US Army as a Senior Systems Analyst, where they managed network operations and ensured reliable connectivity for remote users. After leaving the military, they worked at Choice Solutions as the Director of Server Operations, overseeing data center operations and implementing open-source monitoring tools. Following that, they joined the Cerebral Palsy Research Foundation as an IT Director, where they were responsible for planning and implementing infrastructure changes company-wide. Then they moved on to BTCO Inc., where they held various roles such as IT Director, Vice President of Operations, and currently, the President. In these positions, they focused on improving operations, implementing new technologies, and fostering a culture of teamwork. Overall, Richard has a strong background in IT management and strategic planning.
Richard Stinnett completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Business Management from Friends University, which they earned between 2005 and 2008. Richard subsequently pursued a Master of Business Administration degree from the same institution, completing it between 2008 and 2010.

Within our Title 13 secure facility, our team expertly converted 560 million census images, completing the project 18 months ahead of schedule. Since then we continue to add commercial industries, several U.S. Air Force bases and multiple Kansas state governmental agencies to our satisfied customer list. In addition to expanding our client base, we maximized our corporate experience and strategic partnerships to add two other distinctive lines of service – open-source Web research and precise-tolerance plot printing. In our pursuit of opportunities from all arenas, we are a community rehabilitation program (CRP) and an active SourceAmerica AbilityOne member, a Kansas State Use Law vendor, and a Kansas certified business under the Kansas Bidder's Preference Program.
