Hernán Caffiero's work experience is as follows:
- In 2020, they served as the CEO/Showrunner BTF Chile at BTF Media. Hernán'sresponsibilities included overseeing the commercial strategy, searching for and developing new projects, and analyzing and monitoring all company activities to report to the headquarters.
- From 2010 to 2020, they worked at Tridi 3D Films as the General Director, Director, Producer, and Scriptwriter for series and movies. Hernán was involved in the Emmy International-winning series "Una Historia Necesaria" and won the CNTV Fiction Fund category for "Voces Anónimas".
- Between 2005 and 2009, they were the Director General at Sudaka Films. Hernán also served as a commercial representative in South America and supervised color correction, 35mm expansion, and 3D Stereoscopic work for Heavy Light Digital New York. Additionally, they served as a judge at the Patagonia Film Festival and directed the feature film "Raza Brava," the first Chilean documentary completed in 35mm for commercial distribution.
Hernán Caffiero began their education journey in 2001 at the Universidad de Santiago de Chile, where they pursued a degree in Publicista Profesional and obtained a Licenciado en Comunicación Publicitaria in 2005. In 2005, they continued their studies at the Universidad de Chile, completing a Postítulo profesional en Cine Documental from 2005 to 2007. In 2008, they completed a Diplomado Guiones Ficción from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. In 2016, they enrolled at the Universidad Finis Terrae to pursue a Magister en Guión Cinematográfico, which they completed in 2017.
