Carlos Silvio

Carlos Silvio has extensive experience in the fields of Site Reliability Engineering, IT management, and cloud infrastructure, currently serving as the Head of Site Reliability Engineering at BTG Pactual since September 2020. Responsibilities include managing production support, incident response, and the development of multi-cloud strategies. Prior roles at Decode and BTG Pactual include overseeing IT initiatives, managing technical projects, and leading teams focused on smart contracts and private blockchain. Experience encompasses architecting Developer Experience platforms, cloud infrastructure provisioning, and enterprise production support.
