Daniel Vaz

Daniel Vaz is a seasoned professional in the finance sector, currently serving as an MD Partner in Emerging Markets Fixed Income at BTG Pactual since October 2008. Previously, Daniel held the position of Associate at Merrill Lynch Europe from September 2007 to September 2008, and a Summer Associate at Barclays Capital in June 2006. Daniel's career also includes experience as a Debt Structurer at Petrobras from January 2003 to August 2005 and as a Sales Manager and Investment Consultant at Banco BBM between July 2000 and January 2003. Daniel holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance and Private Equity from London Business School, completed between 2005 and 2007, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, obtained from 1996 to 2000.
