Fabio Camargo

Fabio Camargo is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries, including finance, aviation, and consumer goods. Currently serving as the CEO of Terminal BTG Pactual since May 2024 and a member of YPO, Fabio previously held the position of Sr. Head and CEO at Santander Perto from April 2021 to January 2024. Notably, as Managing Director and CEO of Delta Air Lines in Brazil, Fabio spearheaded a successful business turnaround, achieving significant employee engagement and record profitability. Earlier career achievements include co-founding Mewee Toys and leading sales and strategic initiatives at LATAM Airlines and Whirlpool Corporation. Fabio's educational background features multiple executive programs from prestigious institutions such as Harvard Business School, INSEAD, and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, complemented by an MBA in Marketing from IAE France and an undergraduate degree in Electrical Production Engineering from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina.
