Gabriela Quincas has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner focused on technology at BTG Pactual since March 2022. Prior roles include positions in talent acquisition at PagSeguro PagBank and as a tech recruiter at Sinqia, HProjekt, and Mazzatech Systems & Outsourcing. Gabriela also held HR-related roles at Think IT and has a strong educational background with a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from USP - Universidade de São Paulo and a degree in Human Resource Management from Universidade Santo Amaro - Unisa.
