Patricia Soares

Patricia Soares currently serves as a Talent Acquisition Associate Director II at BTG Pactual since January 2024. Prior to this role, Patricia held various managerial positions at PageGroup from July 2021 to November 2023, focusing on marketing, sales, and digital sectors. Experience at Michael Page as a Senior Consultant and Consultant in sales and marketing further established a strong foundation in the industry. Earlier, positions included Marketing Analyst at Sistema Globo de Rádio and Merchandising Brand Manager, followed by Project Manager at Sport Lisboa e Benfica, where responsibilities encompassed brand management and social project oversight. Additional experience includes an internship in Corporate Social Responsibility at Odebrecht Angola.
