Ricardo A. has a diverse work experience starting from their role as an Infrastructure Administrator at Empresa Municipal de Informática - IplanRio from 2000 to 2001. Ricardo then worked as a Technology Intern at Passo a Passo - Tecnologia em Educação e Treinamento from 2002 to 2003. Ricardo later joined BTG Pactual in 2003, where they held various positions including Senior Analyst and IT Project Manager, IT Manager (Associate Director), Head of Cross Assets Platforms (Director), Director - IT International, and their current role as Digital Assets Trading (Director) starting in January 2022.

Ricardo A. holds a Certificate of Business Excellence in Blockchain: Technologies and Applications for Business from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, obtained in 2020. Prior to that, they completed an MBA in Business Management from Ibmec between 2008 and 2010.
