John Burns

John Burns currently serves as the Director of Lean Agile at BTI360, accountable for the effectiveness of Lean Agile practices across all business portfolios supporting various Intelligence Community clients. Prior experience includes roles at Leidos as a Senior Principal Agile Coach, where John guided multiple development teams in Agile methodologies, and at Deloitte Consulting as a Manager and Agile Coach overseeing projects focused on Clearance Workflow Management. John also held positions at TeleniX Corporation and Booz Allen Hamilton, contributing to systems engineering and project management in complex IT environments. Earlier in career, John was a Military Operations Research Analyst at Systems Planning and Analysis and served in the U.S. Coast Guard in various roles, including Intelligence Watch Officer. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Operations Research from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy.
