George Wales

George Wales is an experienced equity sales trader currently working at BTIG since October 2025. Prior to this role, George held similar positions at Numis from November 2022 to October 2025 and at Winterflood Securities from November 2020 to November 2022. George also has a background in equity trading at RBC Global Asset Management from November 2014 to November 2020. Earlier experience includes sales support at Scottish Widows Investment Partnership and analyst roles at CVC Cordatus and Northern Trust Corporation. George earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from King's College London between 2011 and 2014 and attended Woodbridge High School from 2004 to 2011.
