Karen Flaherty

Karen Flaherty is currently the Managing Director and Co-Head of Medtech at BTIG, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, they served as Managing Director and Head of Medical Devices at Wells Fargo from 2021 to 2025 and held the title of Managing Director and Head of Medtech at Deutsche Bank from 2019 to 2021. Their career began as a Territory Manager at Animas Corporation (Johnson & Johnson) from 2002 to 2004, and they also worked as an Executive Director at J.P. Morgan from 2007 to 2018. Karen holds a B.A. in History from Princeton University and attended Columbia Business School from 2004 to 2006.
