Stefanie Amanatides Gianakis

Stefanie Amanatides Gianakis is the Managing Director and Chief Talent Officer at BTIG since October 2019. Stefanie previously held roles such as VP of Talent Acquisition at Bloomingdale’s, Head of Recruitment at Cantor Fitzgerald, and Director of Global Campus Recruiting at Amaranth. Stefanie also has experience as a career coach and strategist, owner of an executive search firm, and has extensive background in managing recruitment and talent development in the finance industry. Stefanie holds a Master of Arts in Psychology from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
