Courtney Adje, AAI, currently serves as the Director of Workers’ Compensation at Method Workers' Comp since August 2024. Previously, Courtney held the position of Underwriter at BTIS from February 2022 to August 2024 and worked at Omaha National as both a Premium Auditor and Underwriter from November 2017 to February 2022. Additional experience includes a role as a Commercial Underwriter at BTIS and a Commercial Insurance Service Agent at Universal Group Ltd. Courtney started in the industry as a Commercial Insurance Specialist and Assistant at The Harry A. Koch Co., following an Agency Support Representative position at Applied Underwriters. Earlier career experience includes teaching English conversation at AEON Corporation. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, obtained in 2001.
