Saini Parminder has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. They started their career at PSI Seminars in 2003 as a Senior Developer, where they were involved in building an event management application. From there, they worked at Azarsol as a Senior Web Developer, utilizing technologies such as ASP, ADO, VB 6.0, COM, HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, and VBScript.
In 2004, Parminder joined Optionmortgage as a Senior Web Developer and Lead, contributing to the development of a web builder application. They then joined Webraiser Technogies Inc in 2005 as a Software Engineer, working with ASP, VB 6.0, ActiveX, VBScript, Visual Studio, JavaScript, T-SQL, and more.
Parminder continued their career at Hansen Information Technologies in 2006 as a Sr. Software Engineer, specializing in ASP.NET 2.0, C#, and ADO. They then transitioned to Esurance in 2007, where they served as a Project and Team Lead, using ASP.NET 3.5 and 2.0.
In 2011, Parminder joined Cricket Wireless as a Platform Development Lead, utilizing ASP.NET 4.0 and C# 4.0. They then returned to Esurance in 2012 and took on the role of Manager and later Senior Manager of Software Development. In this position, Parminder accomplished various tasks, including leading the implementation of a metrics-driven approach to support using tools like Splunk and AppDynamics.
In 2017, Parminder moved to BTIS as the Director of Engineering, driving changes and reinventing commercial insurance. They eventually became the Vice President of Engineering, leading the way as a digital disrupter.
Most recently, Parminder founded Woodey in 2021 and serves as the CEO, taking on the challenge of building a successful venture.
Saini Parminder completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electronics from Punjab Technical University in the years 1995 to 1999. Later, they pursued their Master of Science (MS) degree in Electronics Product Design & Technology from Punjab Engineering College from 1999 to 2001.
