Boycho Nanev is an experienced engineer with a diverse background in electrical and electronic systems, particularly in the sectors of telecommunications, railway, and medical devices. Currently serving as a Level 2 Support Engineer at BTL Industries Bulgaria since May 2021, Boycho supports medical devices utilized in physiotherapy, cardiology, and aesthetic medicine. Previous roles include an R&D Conformity/Approbation Engineer at Liebherr-Hausgeräte Marica EOOD, where Boycho focused on electrical safety certification, and an Electrical & Electronic Service Engineer at PROTECH INDUSTRIAL LTD, providing warranty and maintenance services for welding and electronic machinery. Earlier experience includes electrical engineering roles in railway systems and telecommunications for various companies, including National Railway Infrastructure Company and Bulgarian State Railways. Boycho Nanev holds a Master’s Degree in Telecommunications and Signaling in Railway Transport and a Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications and Electrical Equipment, both from Todor Kableshkov University of Transport, along with a high school education in music.

BTL Industries е един от световните лидери в сферата на разработката, производството, търговията и сервиза на електронна медицинска апаратура в три основни направления – физиотерапия, кардиология и естетична медицина. Компанията работи в над 100 държави от цял свят, като в над 50 от тях има собствени търговски фирми, а в останалите работи чрез независими ексклузивни дистрибутори. Създадена в началото на 90-те години на ХХ-ти век в Чехия, компанията стъпва в България през 1998 г. с разкриването на търговски офис. От 2002 г. производството на медицинска апаратура и международната дистрибуция на фирмата са локализирани в Пловдив. За да разшири потенциала си за създаване на нови продукти, през 2014 г. компанията открива и български център за развойна дейност, базиран в София. С оглед на ежегодното позициониране на нови продукти през последните години BTL прогресивно се разраства, с което се разширява и екипа в България.
