Karolina Provaznikova is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in senior finance roles across global organizations. Currently serving as Senior Finance Manager at BTL Medical & Healthcare Technologies since April 2017, Karolina provides guidance in internal controls, financial planning and analysis, business operations, and taxation. Prior to this role, Karolina held several key positions at Constellium France SAS from November 2003 to March 2017, including Deputy Finance Director for a business unit with over €1 billion in turnover and Finance & Controlling Manager, overseeing multiple international teams. Educationally, Karolina holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Economics from the Technical University of Liberec and a degree from Business Academy.
