Chad Stover

Chad Stover is a partner at Barnes & Thornburg LLP, where they build focused and persuasive arguments for clients, achieving notable successes in patent, trademark, and commercial litigation. They have secured significant victories, including a Delaware jury award of $31 million for a client in a patent infringement case, and early summary judgment in a litigation against ACCO Brands. With a practice that primarily spans Delaware’s esteemed courts, Stover has also served on the District of Delaware Special Masters Panel and holds various leadership roles within the American Bar Association. They earned a BME in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Delaware and a J.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
