Jason Bernstein

Jason Bernstein is a Partner at Barnes & Thornburg LLP, where they serve as Co-Chair of the Data Security and Privacy Practice Group and are a member of the Intellectual Property Department. With a strong background in science, business, and law, Jason assists companies with data security, technology transactions, and intellectual property protection. They have extensive experience drafting and negotiating various agreements, preparing and prosecuting patent applications, and advising clients on trademark selection and clearance. Prior to their current role, Jason held positions at Murex Corporation, Bryan Cave Powell Goldstein, Bernstein & Associates, and Ciba Vision Corporation. Jason earned a BS from Vanderbilt University and a JD from the University of Miami School of Law.
