Larry Gerschwer is a partner at Barnes & Thornburg in the Litigation and White Collar and Investigations Practices, residing in the New York office. A former federal prosecutor, they focus on white collar criminal and regulatory matters, representing clients in government investigations related to securities and commodities fraud as well as public corruption. Larry has significant experience in managing complex investigations, including those involving manipulation of financial benchmarks and unauthorized trading. They previously served nearly nine years as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Southern District of New York, handling cases of securities law violations and large-scale corruption schemes.
