Ousama Elaaoud

Ousama Elaaoud has a diverse range of work experience. Ousama started their career as a Steward at Chelsea Football Club, where they demonstrated exceptional interpersonal skills and effectively handled difficult customer situations. Ousama then worked as a Front Desk Representative at Aubaine Restaurants, where they showcased proficiency in logistical operations and collaborated effectively with waiters and chefs. Ousama also gained experience at The National Gallery as part of the Front of House Operations team, utilizing their language skills in Arabic and French to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement. Ousama later joined Koru Kids as a Child Care Specialist, where they provided a safe and nurturing environment for children and supported the needs of families. Currently, they hold the position of Inside Sales Specialist at BTP, a digital provenance company that aims to make assets trustworthy.

Ousama Elaaoud began their education in 2013 at Holland Park, where they pursued their GCSEs in 13 subjects. Ousama then attended William Morris Sixth Form Hammersmith from 2018 to 2020, where they completed their A levels in Sociology, History, and Geography. Currently, they are enrolled at the University of Roehampton, where they are expected to graduate in 2023 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations.
