Ellen Soukup

Ellen Soukup is an accomplished finance professional currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Finance at BTQ Financial since March 2025. Prior to this role, Ellen held the position of Senior Manager in the Not-for-Profit Practice at Sikich from July 2021 to March 2025 and served as an Audit Manager at Wieland & Company, Inc. from November 2019 to June 2021. Ellen's earlier experience includes directing finance at The Conservation Foundation from June 2012 to November 2019, working as an Audit Senior at Deloitte & Touche from September 2008 to June 2012, and interning at Russell Reynolds Associates in 2006-2008. Ellen holds both a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Accountancy in Accountancy from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business.
