Marilyn Van Heerden

Marilyn van Heerden is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and program management. As a Co-Founder of BTS Konekt since June 2023 and Managing Director of BTS since May 2021, Marilyn has demonstrated strategic oversight and operational excellence. Prior to these roles, Marilyn served as Head of Programmes at GT Scholars Foundation from October 2017 to September 2021, and as Procurement Manager at Laser Xpress/Abel Equipment from June 2015 to June 2017. Beginning in June 2009 and continuing until May 2015, Marilyn gained valuable experience as Quality Assurance Manager at Jabir Aircraft SA. Marilyn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of the People, attained between 2020 and 2023.
