Alexander Ross

Alexander Ross is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in change and transformation leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at BTS since June 2024, Alexander collaborates with executive teams to implement growth strategies. Prior roles include Senior Director at IMD Business School, where responsibilities included leading B2B growth strategies and designing innovative client platforms. At CEB (now Gartner), Alexander managed a significant portfolio of Global 1000 clients and provided strategic guidance to executives. Experience also includes investment banking at Goldman Sachs and structured finance at JPMorgan Chase.
