Cathy Chen

Cathy Chen, CPCC, DCOM®, is an experienced leadership coach and organizational development consultant with a diverse background in technology and coaching. Currently serving as a Leadership Coach at Sounding Board by BTS since August 2025, Cathy leverages extensive experience advising C-suite and senior leadership teams at Capriole Consulting Inc since 2014. Previously, Cathy spent over 15 years at Google, ascending through various roles in program and engineering management, ultimately leading global initiatives across cloud expansion and machine learning operations. Educational credentials include a BS in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley, a Master's in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and multiple certifications in coaching and group dynamics.
