Kathryn Clubb is the current EVP, Global Head of Change & Transformation at BTS. Prior to this, they were the President & CEO of Ivivi Health Sciences from February 2009 to December 2013, where they were also a Board Member. Kathryn was also the CEO of The Ajax Group of Companies from April 2006 to February 2009.

Kathryn has always been driven by innovation. Kathryn started their career as a Partner at Accenture from January 1988 to December 2000. In September 2000, they became the Chief Innovator at WHWest, Inc.

Kathryn is a highly respected business leader with a proven track record in change and transformation management. Kathryn is passionate about helping organizations achieve their full potential and is known for their dedication to their work.

Kathryn Clubb received their Bachelor of Arts from St. Catherine University, where they double majored in business administration and journalism.

Kathryn Clubb reports to Jessica Skon, Group President & CEO. They work with Rick Cheatham - SVP, Chief Marketing Officer, Philios Andreou - President, Other Markets, and Joel Sigrist - President, BTS Europe.
