Katrin Mulford

Katrin Mulford is an experienced executive in leadership and coaching, currently serving as the Head of Leadership & Coach NAM and SVP at BTS since January 2013. Prior roles at BTS include Head of BTS East as VP and Senior Director, as well as Head of BTS Germany. Katrin also held the position of Global Business Director EMEA at Ketchum Pleon from November 2007 to August 2012 and served as a Senior Consultant at BTS from January 2006 to October 2007. Earlier in their career, Katrin worked as a Learning Consultant at Celemi from 2000 to 2005. Katrin holds a Professional Coaching Certificate in Leadership Coaching from the Institute for Transformational Leadership at Georgetown University (2017-2018) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Heilbronn, Germany (1992-1998).
