Lisa Sprenkle Jones

Lisa Sprenkle Jones serves as Executive Advisor and Executive Succession Solution Lead at BTS, bringing expertise in guiding global leaders toward extraordinary results through strategic execution. Previously, Lisa was a Partner in Leadership Consulting at DHR International, addressing leadership and talent management challenges for clients. With a lengthy career at Organizational Performance Consulting as Principal in Chicago, Lisa specialized in aligning organizational strategy with people practices, including succession planning, leadership development, and performance management. Additional roles at National Louis University included Adjunct Faculty for a Masters program, and earlier positions at Capital H Group, Deloitte, Arthur Andersen & Co., and Watson Wyatt contributed to a diverse professional background. Lisa holds a BS in Organizational Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, an MS in Organization Development from Loyola University Chicago, and is a Doctorate Candidate (ABD) in Executive Human Resource Development.
