Sean Salmela is a seasoned construction risk services professional with extensive experience in the real estate industry. Since October 2016, Sean has served as a Senior Project Manager and previously as a Project Manager at BTY Group, where responsibilities include conducting monthly construction site observations on various project types, including multi-family, high rise, hotel, office/retail, and warehouse facilities. Prior to this, Sean was an Assistant Project Manager at Fulcrum from August 2014 to September 2016, also focusing on site observations across similar project categories. Sean's earlier career includes roles as CADD Manager and Structural Engineer at Hardesty & Hanover, LLC, and Resident Engineer with the Federal Aviation Administration. Sean holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University, graduating in 1995.
