Lauren Spanjar-Hewitt

Lauren Spanjar-Hewitt is a qualified British Wheel of Yoga Accredited teacher with over seven years of experience in the field of yoga instruction. Currently, Lauren teaches at MoreYoga, Flo Yoga Studio, Virgin Active, and BUA FIT, while also maintaining the role of Founder and Director of Vintage Vinyasa - Yoga with Lauren since March 2012. Additionally, Lauren covers Hatha and Vinyasa Flow classes at Studio Society and has previously taught yoga at The Law Society. Lauren's passion for yoga and vintage fashion is reflected in the creation of the Instagram platform 'Vintage Vinyasa,' which promotes both entrepreneurial ventures and the benefits of yoga practice to a broader audience.
