Pichet Sithi-Amnuai

Pichet Sithi-Amnuai has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Pichet is currently the Chairman of the Board at Harn Engineering Solutions Public Company Limited and the Vice Chairman of the Board at The Stock Exchange of Thailand. Pichet previously served as the Chairman of the Board at the Association of Thai Securities Companies. Before that, they were the President of Bualuang Securities, where they oversaw a range of securities services. Pichet also owned Play & Music Co., Ltd., the master franchise of Gymboree Play and Music in Thailand. Additionally, they served on the Board of Governors at The Stock Exchange of Thailand, along with the Risk Management Committee and Corporate Governance Committee. Pichet's earlier experience includes roles at Jardine Fleming Thanakom Securities Ltd as the First Vice President in the Corporate Finance Department, and at MMC Sittipol Co., Ltd. as the Assistant General Manager in the International Business Division.

Pichet Sithi-Amnuai holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Chulalongkorn University, which was completed between 1983 and 1986. Later, they obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance & Marketing from The University of Texas at Austin, which was achieved between 1989 and 1991. Pichet also pursued a Master's degree in Education with a specialization in Early Childhood Education at Chulalongkorn University from 2005 to 2007.
