Rita Meriawati

Rita Meriawati is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training and development, particularly in the maritime industry. Since August 2016, Rita has served as a Training and Development Officer at PT Buana Lintas Lautan Tbk, focusing on the training and promotion of seafarers and the recruitment of cadets and junior crew. Prior to this role, Rita was a Crewing Recruitment and Selection Senior Staff, responsible for the recruitment and selection processes for seafarers, including candidate screening and testing. Rita's career also includes positions such as Legal Administrator, Customer Service Representative, Frontliner, Secretary to the Manager, and Data Entry Operator, showcasing a diverse background in administration, customer relations, and document management. Rita holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Universitas Persada Indonesia 'YAI'​ and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Universitas Jayabaya.
