Jessica Young has worked in various roles in the food industry since 2010. Jessica began their career as a Chef de Partie at The Modern, Dining Room at MoMa in 2010. Jessica then worked as a Pastry Chef at Hu Kitchen from 2012 to 2014, followed by an Operations Manager role at RITUAL from 2014 to 2016. During that time, they were also an Advisory Board Member at OceanBox from 2016. In 2017, they became an Incubator Mentor at Chobani, and in 2019 they founded and became CEO of BUBBLE, an online marketplace for independent, clean label foods.
Jessica Young completed their Grande Diplome in Culinary Arts from the International Culinary Center in 2010. In 2012, they obtained a NYC DOH Food Handlers License from the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. Jessica also holds a ServSafe certification.
