Gabriele Buchholtz

Gabriele Buchholtz serves as a Professorin at Universität Hamburg since November 2020, where also leads the Refugee Law Clinic. In parallel, Gabriele Buchholtz holds a Dozentin position at Universität St. Petersburg, teaching Internationales Wirtschaftsrecht, and has been a Wissenschaftliche Assistentin at Bucerius Law School since 2016, focusing on Public Law and Administrative Sciences. Gabriele Buchholtz has participated as a Visiting Fellow at Universitat Pompeu Fabra and the European University Institute, and completed a Rechtsferendarin position at Hanseatisches Oberlandesgericht from 2013 to 2016. Previous roles include Wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin positions at Bucerius Law School and Gleiss Lutz, alongside academic studies at Bucerius Law School from 2006 to 2011.
