Bob Zadek

Bob Zadek is a seasoned legal and business professional with extensive experience in corporate law, creditors' rights, and financial services. Currently serving as Of Counsel at Buchalter Nemer PC and Buchalter PLC since July 1991 and 1992 respectively, Bob also holds the position of President at Skyscend Inc. since January 2023. As a founding member and managing member of Lenders Funding LLC since 2000, Bob specializes in purchasing participations in factoring and asset-based lending transactions and providing working capital to commercial lenders. Bob's academic background includes an LL.M and JD in Corporate Law from New York University School of Law, alongside a B.S. in Accounting from Syracuse University.
