Jason Croft

Jason Croft is a Shareholder at Buchalter and serves as the Global Chair of Patent Procurement & Strategy. With technical expertise across various domains, including networking, automotive, and blockchain technologies, they have an extensive background in intellectual property law and patent procurement. Jason previously held attorney positions at Patent Profit International, LLC, Lowenstein Sandler LLP, and Maschoff Brennan, among others, where they managed legal matters, prepared patent applications, and advised clients on patent valuation. They completed a JD in Intellectual Property Law at Santa Clara University School of Law and are currently pursuing degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Robotics at Kettering University and the University of Utah.
