Amber L. Castelli

Amber L. Castelli is the firm’s Director of Professional Development. Amber focuses on learning, coaching, feedback and performance enhancement pertaining to all attorneys and staff to ensure they are highly engaged in continuous development.

Amber works closely with firm management, section leadership and the Associates Committee to cultivate an environment that encourages communication through regular meetings, panel discussions, specialized trainings and surveys. She leads the evaluation process and works with the Associates Committee to set compensation for associates, senior attorneys, staff attorneys and specialists. Amber manages the firm’s in-house training program to expand and enhance the skills and abilities of our employees. She specializes in associate development to help create future leaders of the firm.

Amber manages the associate support staff, as well as the annual review process for all staff employees. She fosters a results-oriented culture that emphasizes integrity, quality, and high performance. Amber proactively assesses team and manager development needs, makes recommendations and implements appropriate solutions. She is committed to developing a culture of excellence and process improvement.
