Christopher Blaszkowski

Christopher Blaszkowski is a seasoned patent litigator currently serving as a Shareholder and Co-chair of the Chemical/Biotech Practice Group at Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC since January 2024. Prior to this role, Christopher was a Shareholder at RatnerPrestia from September 2010 to January 2024, where responsibilities included appearing before federal courts as well as drafting and prosecuting patent applications across various technology sectors, including medical devices, microfluidics, and pharmaceutical chemistry. Christopher also has experience as a Judicial Clerk for Judge Sue L. Robinson at the United States District Court for the District of Delaware and as a Legal Assistant at Rohm and Haas, where assistance was provided with regulatory compliance. Academic qualifications include a Juris Doctor in Intellectual Property from Drexel University's Thomas R. Kline School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering/Chemistry from Widener University.
