Jaime Tuite

Jaime Tuite serves as the Pittsburgh Office Head and a Shareholder at Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC since September 2001, specializing in management employment law, particularly in restrictive covenant matters and defending employers against discrimination and wage lawsuits. Additionally, Jaime contributes as a Board Member for Allegheny Partners for Out-of-School Time since May 2023 and has previously served on the Board for Neighborhood Legal Services from July 2010 to July 2017, where responsibilities included acting as Treasurer and chairing the Budget Committee. Prior board involvement includes Habitat for Humanity, Pittsburgh, from 2002 to 2005. Jaime has also gained legal experience as a Federal Court Law Clerk for The Honorable Joy Flowers Conti from April 2003 to September 2004. Academic credentials include a JD from Vanderbilt University Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education and English Literature from Vanderbilt University.
