Jason Bologna

Jason Bologna is a distinguished white-collar defense attorney and shareholder at Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC, serving in the Litigation Department since March 2022. Previously, Jason held the position of Assistant United States Attorney in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania from October 2007 to February 2022. In addition to legal practice, Jason contributed to legal education as an adjunct professor at Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law between 2017 and 2019. Earlier in the career, Jason served as an Assistant District Attorney at the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office from September 1998 to September 2007. Academic credentials include a Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, in Government and American Studies from Colby College.
