Samantha Southall

Samantha Southall is a shareholder at Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC, where Samantha has been since September 2007, specializing in litigating complex commercial disputes across the United States. Known for developing innovative arguments that assist clients in pragmatically resolving disputes, Samantha plays a pivotal role in defense strategies for key clients. Prior to this, Samantha served on the Board of Directors for Philadelphia VIP from 2009 to 2014 and worked as an attorney at Phillips Lytle LLP, Cooley Godward Kronish LLP, and Pepper Hamilton LLP. Samantha holds a Juris Doctor degree from The George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in International and Comparative Studies, Economics, and Political Science from the University of Miami.
