Shawn Cage

Shawn Cage is a seasoned intellectual property attorney with extensive experience in the legal field. Currently serving as a Shareholder and Co-Chair of the Electrical Practice Group at Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC since January 2006, Shawn has a robust background that includes roles as a Patent Agent, Law Clerk, and Associate at Rader, Fishman & Grauer PLLC from 2002 to 2005, and as a Student Associate at Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner, LLP between 2000 and 2002. Prior to that, Shawn worked as a Patent Examiner at the United States Patent and Trademark Office from 1998 to 2000 and as a Digital Designer at Texas Instruments from 1996 to 1998. Shawn holds a Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Southern University and Agricultural and Mechanical College at Baton Rouge.
