Tom Madigan

Tom Madigan is a construction lawyer with over 30 years of experience, currently serving as a Shareholder and Chairman of the Construction Practice Group at Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC since March 2017. Madigan has a diverse background in the legal field, having previously held the position of Partner at Pepper Hamilton LLP from March 2006 to February 2017, where involvement included Construction Law, Government Contracts, and International and Domestic Arbitration Practice Groups. Prior to that, Madigan was a Partner and Associate at Cohen & Grigsby, P.C., from 1988 to March 2006, and served as an Associate at Tighe, Evan & Ehrman, P.C., from 1986 to 1988. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Political Science from Bucknell University.
