Girum Hailu

Girum Hailu is an accomplished QHSE Manager at BUCHEN-ICS since May 2023, responsible for the comprehensive management of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment functions within the ICS Group. Prior experience includes serving as the Environment, Health, and Safety Manager at RS Components, implementing integrated management systems and sustainability programs, and EHS Manager roles at Bruker BioSpin and TIP Trailer Services, where responsibilities encompassed global safety management and the establishment of EHS structures across multiple countries. Girum co-founded TS Environment Technology, providing consultancy on environmental and safety management, and contributed to quality control at Telda Consult Plc. Academic qualifications include an M.Sc. in Environmental Technology from the University of Mannheim and a B.Sc. in Urban Planning and Architecture from Addis Ababa University.
