And thanks to our years of experience working with aluminium and plastics, we are able to offer a diverse range of products, in which you can sense and feel what drives our company – an innovative spirit and an unwavering commitment to meeting specific customer requirements. Our goal is to develop more efficient solutions that achieve cost advantages for the customer. We do this at our sites in Faellanden (Switzerland), Everett (USA) and - since March 2012 - in Sinn-Fleisbach (Germany).

The Engineering team at Bucher Leichtbau is responsible for developing and implementing lightweight, stable, and efficient solutions tailored to customer needs. This includes designing innovative products using advanced CAD software, managing engineering projects, overseeing the development of aircraft galleys, and ensuring compliance with airworthiness standards. The team operates collaboratively across multiple sites in Switzerland, the USA, and Germany to continually push the boundaries of innovative lightweight construction, thereby achieving cost advantages for the customer.
