Nina Schlink has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and positions. Nina began their career as an Event & Sponsorship Intern at Hermès in 2009. From there, they worked at 2hm & Associates GmbH as a Market Researcher in 2010. Nina then joined IWC Schaffhausen, where they held various roles such as Project Manager and Senior Project Manager in Sponsorship & Partnerships and Events & Talents from 2011 to 2017. Currently, Nina is employed at Bucherer AG as the Head of Brand Strategy & Marketing Planning since March 2019.

Nina Schlink obtained their Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Corporate Communications & Public Relations from Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz in 2003, which they pursued from 2003 to 2009. Later, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Economics and Marketing from the same university from 2005 to 2010.
