Sunita Lauber

Sunita Lauber has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Sunita is currently the Global Associate Director of Learning & Development at Bucherer AG, a position they started in January 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Deloitte Switzerland as a Manager from September 2020 to January 2023, and as a Senior Consultant from May 2019 to September 2020. Sunita also had experience at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as a member of the Learning and Career Development team from July 2018 to April 2019. Before joining BCG, Sunita held positions at WDHB Strategic Learning, first as the Head of Business Development EMEA from January 2016 to December 2017, and then as a Program Manager from August 2014 to December 2015. Sunita started their career as an HR Intern at Geistlich Pharma AG in July 2010, and later worked as an HR Specialist from September 2011 to December 2012. In between, they also served as the President of the Student Council at Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne from February 2011 to July 2011. Sunita's work experience has involved roles in learning and development, leadership consulting, business development, program management, and human resources.

Sunita Lauber graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in International Hospitality Management from EHL in 2011. Sunita then attended the German Swiss International School in Hong Kong from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a German Abitur in High School. In 2013 and 2014, Sunita studied at ISB Wiesloch and received a degree in Systemischer Berater/ Systemic Consultant. In the same year, they also attended Metaforum to pursue a degree in Systemic Master Coach. Sunita further obtained additional certifications, including "From Ideas to Action" from IDEO U in April 2016 and "DesignThinkers Bootcamp June 2016" from DesignThinkers Academy (specific months and years not provided).
