Tobias Hofmann

Tobias Hofmann has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Tobias began their career as a Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group in 2006 and worked there until 2008. In 2009, they joined Sensirion AG as a Business Development Manager and worked there until 2010. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Holcim Group Support. Tobias then joined the Swiss Air Force as a Helicopter Pilot (Militia) from 2001 to 2018. In 2014, they transitioned to Migros-Genossenschafts-Bund as a Corporate Development Manager, where they worked until 2019. Currently, they are working at Bucherer AG, where they started as the Head of Business Development in 2019 and later became the Global Director of Business Development in 2023.

Tobias Hofmann began their education in 1999 at the Swiss Air Force, where they pursued a degree in Helicopter Pilot. Tobias completed this program in 2001. Following this, from 2001 to 2006, Tobias attended ETH Zürich, where they earned a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. In 2012, they participated in an Executive Education program at the University of California, Berkeley, focusing on Pricing for Profitability. Later, from 2017 to 2019, Tobias pursued an MBA at the University of Strathclyde. Currently, they are enrolled at INSEAD and is expected to complete a Leadership Transition program in 2023.
