Amy Cooper has extensive experience in recruitment and human resources, with a strong track record of developing and executing strategies to enhance organizational growth and employee engagement. As a Senior Technical Recruiter at Tesla from February 2021 to May 2024, Cooper honed technical recruiting skills, while prior roles at ringDNA involved being the first recruiter, successfully scaling the team by over 50 employees and overseeing various HR initiatives.
