Currently serving as a Bartender at Buck & Rider since September 2021 and as the CEO of ShopKind, an online marketplace that promotes socially responsible products, Barbara combines a passion for service with a commitment to social impact. Previous roles include Server at Hillstone Restaurant Group, Trainer at Uncle Julio's Corporation, and various positions at Panera Bread, Farmers Insurance, and as an Election Judge for Cook County. Barbara holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition Sciences from Grand Canyon University and has pursued studies in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Harper College, complemented by a high school diploma from Barrington High School.
